What are your modes of payment?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex. Simply select the credit card type and key in the required details. Singapore’s local bank transfer and Paynow / Paylah is also available.

Artwork Service Option:

1. Upload Your Own Artwork File:
If you already have a print-ready artwork file, you may paste your artwork link when ordering on the website
or you may email us and we’ll process your Artwork manually.
2. Order Graphic Design: Select this option if you would like one of Printmystuff’s experienced designers to
compose a professional design for your products.
Print Options & Quantities
1. Choose your product options: You have the choice between different dimensions, paper types, enhancements, and so on for your product. Select the ones that you need.
2. Select a quantity: In the product page, you can choose between different quantities, as well as different
expected delivery dates and delivery methods. Simply click the combination of options that you prefer. Selecting the option choices allow you to view different prices and rates, order more quantities for cheaper rates at no extra cost for enhancement prints. Submit the product order form  to add the product to your cart, where you can also apply a promo code before checking out.

To speed up the submission procedure, you may follow this checklist for checking of your own Artwork:
1. Is the Artwork sizing and resolution DPI correct?
2. Is the file format JPG/PDF/PSD/PNG?
3. Are the files layer flatten? (for PSD files)
4. Is the Artwork set to CMYK colour mode?
5. Is your text size clear & visible to final finished print size?
6. Does the Artwork include at least 5mm away from the artwork edge to prevent it from
cutting off?
If you’ve checked the following list, you’re ready to submit your Artwork to print.

Artwork Clarity
When using images in your artwork, you should do so carefully. Just because the images in the artwork look good on the monitor, it does not necessarily mean they will look good on the final printed product. To ensure the sharpness of the images set in your Artwork, you should check the resolution (DPI) of the images in the artwork. DPI measures the amount of pixels per inch.

Please note that there is no way to turn a low-resolution image into a high-resolution image by changing it’s picture. You need to acquire the image in a higher resolution set up file and replace it in the artwork for print.

Whereas monitors emit light, inked paper absorbs or reflects specific wavelengths. Cyan, magenta and yellow pigments serve as filters, subtracting varying degrees of red, green and blue from white light to produce a selective gamut of spectral colors. Like monitors, printing inks also produce a color gamut that is only a subset of the visible spectrum, although the range is not the same for both. Consequently, the same art displayed on a computer monitor may not match to that printed in a publication. Also, because printing processes such as offset lithography use CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) inks, digital art must be converted to CMYK color for print. Some printers may prefer your files be delivered in RGB with ICC profiles attached, as this allows the printer to use color management methods when converting to CMYK. Other printers may prefer your files in the CMYK (Cyan/Magenta/Yellow/Black) mode, as this is the mode required for the printing process. If an RGB (Red/Green/Blue) file is submitted, it must be converted to CMYK for print.

Converting Artwork for Hotstamp / Spot UV
For the best outcome, faster & easiest process, we recommended creating the design in vector-format, such as in Adobe Illustrator (ai) or Photoshop (psd). Overlay with K100 Black (CMYK: 0,0,0,100) on the area you require the print effects. Save the Artwork as a new file.

Can I cancel my order?

You may not cancel your order after we’ve start printing.

How is the Quality of the Prints?

We print using high-end professional graphic printers and premium paper. Our best-selling finished is Matt finish as it is as of excellent quality prints. 

Also, remember that the quality of the printed artwork will be highly dependent on the quality of the artwork you uploaded / sent to us. We want you to receive the best prints possible!

I received my parcel, but something is not right. What can I do?

If you need us to reprint or refund, Please note;


You have 3 days to return the item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, we require a couple of things.

– Your item quantity must be unused and fully returned in the same condition that you received it.

– Your item must be in original packaging,

– Please return the item to our Office’s address.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. You may choose to re-print or refund and let us know by 3 days from the date you received the item.

If your return is approved, we will either:

– Initiate a refund to your bank account or by cheque.


– reprint the product

Cards Print

What do you need to create a business card / post card / invitation card print from my image?

We can create card prints from your digital artwork, to prevent the important details from cutting off you’re required to leave a 5mm space to the edge. Best resolution for sharpness is 300dpi.

Canvas Print

What do you need to create a canvas print from my image?

We can create a canvas print from your digital photos, digital graphics artwork and just about anything else that you can see on your screen! Best resolution for sharpness is 300dpi.

Can you print in Colour / Black and White / Sepia and Washed Colour?

Yes. You can supply us with converted Image to your desire Black and White, Sepia tone. We use dedicated printers to create our black and white canvas prints. This results in dense blacks, smooth tonal transitions and neutral prints. We also operate specialised colour printers which allow us to create vibrant, punchy colour canvas prints.
